SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders within 5-7 days after purchase from our website, except for custom glueless wigs, which could take 7-10+ days for customisation.

Orders made during sales could take up to 14 days for customisation. If you do not receive the tracking number after 14 days, please email us at hello@luxehairbysophie.com

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We aim to meet the delivery times stated however during busy periods (especially during sales) deliveries may take longer than usual. Luxehair by Sophie cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result of delivery instructions provided to the courier.
