I still haven't received my order. Royal mail say they haven't received the order either. When am I receiving my order no means to contact you directly.

You placed order on Friday, December 20th. We promptly processed and dispatched your package on Tuesdays December 24th, providing you with a tracking number at that time.
As communicated, our standard delivery timeframe is 1-2 working days. Please note that December 25th and 26th were public holidays, during which Royal Mail did not operate.
