Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders require up to 5 working days for processing. Processing begins the day after your order is placed. During this time, we prepare, package, and quality‑check your items before dispatch.

Shipping Method Once processing is complete, your order is handed over to Royal Mail for delivery. Royal Mail typically delivers within 1–2 working days for UK addresses.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Processing: Up to 5 working days

• Shipping: 1–2 working days

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–7 working days

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your order, the tracking number will be included.
